The UMAR AGRI Cultivator features a strong and durable frame—fixed in models up to 4 meters and hydraulically foldable for 4 to 5 meter versions. Its three-row tine arrangement, spaced and offset at 300 mm, ensures smooth soil flow and full coverage. With adjustable tine angles, optional 310 mm wings, and safety systems like shear bolts or NON-STOP twin-spring protection, it offers safe, controlled tillage down to 25 cm, even in challenging conditions.

The specially curved tine profile is engineered to lift and project soil forward, creating a natural wave effect that improves residue mixing and soil finishing in a single pass. This smart design enhances tillage efficiency from the very first operation.
The tines on the UMAR AGRI Cultivator can be adjusted to two different positions based on soil conditions and tractor power. The first setting offers a steeper rake angle for deeper, more aggressive soil penetration, while the second provides a sharper angle for lighter tillage and reduced power consumption.
For extended durability in harsh conditions, the UMAR AGRI Cultivator is equipped with hardened steel tips featuring a tungsten coating. This advanced design provides superior wear resistance, ensuring reliable performance even in abrasive and compact soils.
The UMAR AGRI Cultivator features a cost-effective shear bolt safety mechanism, ideal for fields with minimal debris. In case of impact with rocks or roots, the bolt breaks to protect the tine and frame, allowing it to lift safely. The system is easy to service—simply replace the bolt, and you're ready to go.
For enhanced versatility and operator comfort in debris-heavy fields, the UMAR AGRI Cultivator offers a NON-STOP version with spring-loaded shock absorbers. When the tine encounters pressure over 500 kg, the spring activates, allowing it to rise over the obstacle and automatically return to working position, protecting the machine and maintaining smooth operation.
